SUMMARY
The Associate Clinical Trial Administrator supports the Clinical and Medical Affairs team by handling a variety of general administrative tasks.

What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:
• Updates clinical project progress by using tracking tools provided by project leads, including study progress, Trial Master Files (TMFs), essential documents, and vendor or site payments. May also assist in developing these tracking tools.
• Manages the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process for documents created or revised by the Clinical and Medical Affairs team, from generating the ECO number to initiating and tracking it through final release. May assist with redlining documents and drafting change histories under supervision.
• Prepares, packages, and sends documents and materials to clinical trial sites and vendors.
• Receives and reviews clinical study documents, including regulatory materials, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company SOPs, ISO standards, and industry guidelines.
• Ensures timely and accurate updates to all trackers and maintains historical versions appropriately.
• Reviews vendor invoices related to Clinical and Medical Affairs to confirm accuracy against contracts, communicates discrepancies, secures internal approvals, and forwards approved invoices to accounting. Follows up regularly on payment status.
• Assists in organizing internal meetings, investigator meetings, and other trial-related gatherings.
• Provides general support to the Clinical and Medical Affairs team as required.

The Qualifications We Need You to Possess:
• Ability to perform all essential job duties effectively. Accommodations may be available for individuals with disabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare field preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in the medical device industry with exposure to clinical research.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets, word processing, databases, and other tools.
• Ability to use critical thinking to assess complex problems requiring multiple considerations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Must be able to sit or stand while working at a computer and move safely through the facility. May occasionally need to lift or move up to 15 pounds. Accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities.

$82,110 – $96,600 a year
Compensation also includes an annual bonus, flexible time off, and RSUs at offer. Work Authorization: Citizen / Permanent Resident Only

Actual compensation depends on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, training, and location. WORK ENVIRONMENT
You will receive training in all aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System and be expected to maintain compliance with quality and EHS policies.
