In this multifaceted role, you will support our administrative functions while also playing a key part in executing our marketing strategies. If you are an excellent English speaker, have a knack for proactive and professional communication, administrative excellence and FIO (Figure It Out) energy, we want to hear from you! You’ll work closely to support some of our main team members to help drive communication, manage schedules, and do so much more to support the team. Your Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

– Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments to optimize time and productivity.

– Organize and prioritize incoming emails and communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

– Assist with general administrative tasks

Proactive Communication:

– Serve as a liaison between team members and external partners, facilitating clear and effective communication.

– Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions, both in-person and via video conferencing.

– Various Marketing Assistance (training provided)

Our Perfect Candidate

– Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail).

– Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

– Comfortable using video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) & with great camera presence.

– Prompting experience with ChatGPT or similar AI tools for content assistance.

– Passion and drive to consistently go the extra mile with solutions and relationships with the team and customers.

– Strong communication skills around customer service – can defuse situations where partners and/or customers may be frustrated.

– Impeccable attention to detail.

– Self-driven discovery of the product features to increase technical expertise.

– Effective decision making and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to understand processes in order to provide quick & robust resolutions to problems.

– A self-motivated, strategic creative thinker with Figure It Out energy (ability to use AI and Google to solve 99% of roadblocks) with a drive for excellence in execution. Expects mistakes but doesn’t accept or repeat mistakes.

– Ability to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required.

– Reliable and secure internet access.

– Bonus if you have experience in other marketing softwares including GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Active Campaign, WordPress, Zapier and more.
