https://logz.io is looking for a fast-paced, tech-savvy Account Manager to join our post-sales team, specifically focusing on our Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment. This position works Monday-Friday. We are in the office 3 days per week: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
Responsibilities:

    • Serving as the primary point of contact for a significant portfolio of SMB customers, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
    • Working closely with our Customer Success Engineering and Support teams to proactively address customer requirements and demonstrate the technical value of https://logz.io.
    • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, from technical users to business owners, within SMB organizations.
    • Staying attuned to evolving customer needs to consistently deliver tangible value through the https://logz.io platform.
    • Focusing on strategic account growth by identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with SMB growth trajectories.
    • Proactively identifying and addressing any issues that may pose a risk to customer retention and renewal.
    • Accurately forecasting and maintaining a quarterly revenue and renewals pipeline for your SMB accounts.
    • Taking initiative, advocating strongly for the customer, and owning the entire sales cycle to ensure a smooth and successful partnership.
Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, or customer success management, with a proven track record of success working with SMB clients.
    • Proven track record of overachievement in closing deals and managing renewals through efficient phone, email, and web-meeting interactions, typical in the SMB segment. A fast-paced approach to managing multiple accounts and priorities, thriving in a dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in CRMs and a process-driven approach to managing customer relationships and sales cycles.
    • Tech-savvy and eager to learn and articulate the value of complex technical solutions to a diverse audience.
    • A solid understanding of DevOps, cloud technologies, and log analytics is a big plus.
