The role: Reporting to the Manager of Account Management. You will work to support the day-to-day bidding, pricing and feasibility requests of our Audience market research clients. Your focus will be to gain experience and support the Audience Research Management sales team.
Working hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00am-5:30pm West Coast US (Pacific Time)
What you will do:
- Working with the Account Management team to handle daily client RFPs
- Growing revenue and win rates by assisting sales reps and working directly with clients
- Assisting Project Management to troubleshoot any live projects issues to ensure success
- Consistently demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills
- Maintain and track individual key performance objectives.
What you bring to the role:
- Sales support or market research experience
- Knowledge or interest in online market research
- Demonstrate strong analytical/problem solving and organizational skills
- Must to able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- The ability to multitask and prioritize opportunities based on client needs while working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and skilled in using web-based applications.
