This is a fast-paced, high energy, sales and account management role requiring industry expertise, and the capability to consistently grow revenue. In addition to meeting and exceeding your revenue targets, you will be a key part of helping us grow Aleph platforms and its advertising business.
Main Responsibilities

    • Through a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach, you will develop keen insight into your clients’ businesses, and help them meet their marketing objectives by using Aleph platforms.
    • You will deliver value to Aleph advertisers via strong analytical abilities, communication skills and deep subject matter expertise of Aleph platforms promoted products.
    • You will lead ideation and brainstorming sessions and help crystallize ideas into actionable campaign solutions for advertisers.
    • You will execute campaign optimization and analysis using internal tools and dashboards.
    • You will resolve campaign issues, identify and implement process improvements with your Manager’s guidance, and partner with Ad Operations on more complex issues as necessary.
    • You will cultivate client relationships, upsell new ideas, and drive contract completion and renewals.
Skills and Experience Required

    • BA/BS degree in Advertising, Communications, Administration, or related fields.
    • 2 years of related experience in the digital or media industry.
    • Fluent in English and Spanish is a must.
    • Strong commitment to beat targets, passionately positive attitude and incredible work ethic.
    • Strong quantitative background in finding trends and opportunities within data.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for actively resolving issues.
    • Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment.
