Position: Account Executive

    • As an Account Executive, you will be a key member of our management team, responsible for setting the direction and strategy for our sales and business development efforts. You will play a vital role in expanding our customer base, increasing revenue, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. This position reports directly to the President and demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the printing and envelope manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities

    • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
    • Identify new market opportunities, target customer segments, and revenue streams.
    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
    • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
    • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, distribution agreements, and alliances that drive growth.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to assess potential acquisitions or mergers.
    • Revenue Growth:
    • Set and achieve revenue targets, monitor sales performance, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed financial goals.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify revenue-generating opportunities.
    • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Stay current on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
    • Use market insights to develop new product offerings or improve existing ones.
    • Reporting and Accountability:
    • Regularly report on sales performance, achievements, and challenges to the company president
Required Skills & Abilities
