As we expand our footprint in Brisbane, we’re looking for a Project Manager with strong business analysis skills to join us on a 12-month fixed-term basis. What You’ll Do:

• Be the trusted face of CI&T for your clients—driving value, insight, and results.
• Lead full-lifecycle digital delivery: scope, plan, execute, monitor, and deliver.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and lead cross-functional teams to success.
• Own and support critical Business Analyst responsibilities, including: gathering, documenting, and translating business needs into actionable tech specs, creating workflows, user stories, wireframes, and process diagrams and validating requirements and maintaining alignment across stakeholders and tech teams.
• Align business goals with technical solutions—bridging communication between all parties.
• Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain delivery excellence.
• Analyse data and feedback to uncover opportunities for continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years in project and client management within digital consulting—particularly for modern web and enterprise solutions.
• Proven ability to combine Project Management and Business Analysis skill sets in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience with API integrations, CX platforms, and/or data platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of the SDLC and comfort with tools like Jira, Lucidchart, Visio, and Confluence.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) are highly valued.
