We’re looking for a kick-ass C# developer who has the chops to be the tech lead for our Office365 encryption client. The idealcandidatewill have a natural passion for digital privacy, software development, and great userexperiences. We are a fun group and want to keep it that way, which means you should be comfortable speaking your mind,drinking a few beers, eating ramen, and geeking out about side projects. Anyone who has trouble self-motivating is going to have a hard time. We don’t want anyone that needs to bemanaged, so if you have trouble self-organizing with the assistance of a Sprint Board you shouldn’t apply. We are working directly with Microsoft’s PMs on this project, so we need someone who understands the business imperatives in addition to the bits – a true tech lead vs a code monkey.
