Your Mission:

Join CI&T on a strategic initiative focused on the creation and structuring of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), leveraging Generative AI (Gen AI) to streamline content creation, ensure consistency, and enhance documentation efficiency across processes.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into clear functional and process requirements;

– Design and customize Gen AI-driven solutions to support the creation and maintenance of SOPs;

– Document business processes, workflows, and operational manuals for implemented solutions;

– Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business needs are accurately reflected in deliverables;

– Ensure that documentation and solutions are aligned with compliance, security, and performance standards;

– Help promote best practices and scalable structures for process standardization.

Requirements for this Challenge:

– Proven ability to own delivery, manage competing priorities, and engage multiple stakeholders;

– Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Agile ceremonies, and stakeholder management;

– Strong skills in communication, documentation, and problem-solving;

– Familiarity with tools and frameworks such as BPMN, Gherkin, and modern delivery platforms;

– A consultative and proactive mindset, with the ability to lead conversations and influence decisions;

– Experience working in digital consulting environments;

– Comfort using — or willingness to learn and explore — Gen AI tools to enenhance productivity.
