• Use data to provide value-added analysis and reporting on operations
• Manage process enhancements and monitor the effectiveness of enhancements
• Work closely with PM and provide business requirement documents to push product optimization
• Provide findings and recommendations for execution by operational teams and executives
• Support day-to-day operations and promote a data-driven decision-making culture

Requirements:

• Past internship experiences in projects contribution / involvement would be a plus
• Thinks outside the box, data driven, self starter
• Strong financial and economics knowledge
• Proven ability to connect and work collaboratively with multiple teams to address operational requirements and tackle complex issues
• Strong ethical standards and integrity, with dedication and passion for the organization
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with teams across different business units and regions, often under minimal supervision
• Strong research and writing skills, attention to detail, and analytical aptitude
• Graduates / Undergraduates from disciplines such as Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or other relevant fields
• Fluency in English
