Responsibilities
- Scrum / Support Master
- Facilitate communication between the development team and clients togather requirements and provide updates
- Oversee the development team’s progress through the collection andanalysis of metrics.● Ensure the execution of Scrum rituals and ceremonies.
- Remove obstacles that hinder the team’s progress.
- Update and maintain project management and monitoring tools.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Conduct onboarding/offboarding activities. Availability
- Must be available from 2 PM EST to 11 PM EST to support the client in theUnited States and Canada, and interact with the team in the United Statesand Brazil.

- Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in project management (scope, timeline, and quality)using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Advanced English proficiency (reading and writing). Desirable Qualifications
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Certifications such as PSM (Professional Scrum Master) or CSM (CertifiedScrum Master).
