We are looking for a knowledgeable and innovative Software Architect. The successful candidate will have significant experience in complex architecture, integration solutions, and best practices, and will play a critical role in designing and overseeing the implementation of integration solutions between Workday, Salesforce, and other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

– Evolve and architect robust and scalable integration solutions leveraging Workday APIs and Workday Studio;

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define an integration architecture that aligns with business goals;

– Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams;

– Establish and enforce software development best practices, including version control (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD methodologies using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions;

– Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve integration performance, maintainability, and reusability;

– Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability through observability tools.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Software Architect;

– Some experience with Workday integration solutions and Salesforce CPQ, or similar;

– Solid background in software development methodologies, design patterns, and architectural principles;

– Expertise in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) best practices;

– Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira/ADO;

– Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and connect with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
