They are seeking a skilled and dependable Plumbing Service Technicians to join their team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential and commercial plumbing systems. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong customer service skills, a solid plumbing background, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures (e.g., toilets, faucets, water heaters, sewer lines).
• Install new plumbing systems and components according to local codes and specifications.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate solutions clearly to clients.
• Accurately document work performed, materials used, and time on the job.
• Maintain tools and company vehicles in clean and working order.
• Respond to emergency service calls, including after-hours as scheduled.
• Adhere to all safety standards and plumbing codes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing.
• Valid plumbing license or journeyman certification
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, etc.).
