Your tasks

• You will take on technical responsibility for our full-stack product development.
• You develop new features and architectures – from the initial idea to productive delivery.
• You work closely with product, design and business stakeholders to design technical solutions in line with user needs.
• You are the technical contact person for our customers and actively support projects – such as the integration of our customers’ systems – in operational phases.
• You will be in direct contact with customer teams, provide support with technical queries and incorporate their requirements into the product.
• You take on project responsibility, plan the implementation and releases and manage your team’s development process.
• You will work closely with our Product Lead to achieve the best results.
• You will lead a team of currently 4 software engineers and actively help develop our engineering culture.

What you bring with you

• You have 8-10 years of experience in software development – ideally in scaling SaaS products.
• You are ideally proficient in fullstack with a focus on backend – Sound knowledge of TypeScript, Nodejs, ideally with NestJS in the backend – complemented by a good understanding of frontend technology such as React.
• You have already gained experience in the development of modern APIs, various system architectures and data modeling.
• You are confident with deployment, testing and CI/CD processes.
• You have strong project management skills and can define and efficiently implement technical roadmaps.
• Ideally, you have some experience in team leadership or technical mentoring.
• You are solution-oriented, pragmatic and work closely with the product vision.
