AerServ is seeking a Ruby on Rails Engineer for its growing business. The ideal candidate should work well in a collaborative, open environment, while also having the ability to work independently regularly –able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. They should have a passion for programming and have a good understanding of why things work vs. just getting things to work.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy user interfaces, respecting demands of high scalability and high availability architecture

• Maintain existing web applications by regular refactoring and applying requested fixes and features

• Responsible for unit test, integration testing, refactoring and code reviews

• Work within a fast-paced agile development process
