Tech and Design Director (Remote – Thailand or Vietnam)
Full-Time Contract | ฿90,000–฿100,000/month | plus bonuses
Remote from Thailand | 1 paid U. S. conference trip/year
We’re a U. S. digital agency hiring a Tech and Design Director to own and execute across three performance-driven brands:
✅ What You’ll Do
Build and optimize websites, funnels, and landing pages
Design or direct high-performing visuals and social assets
Manage email automation in ActiveCampaign and HubSpot
Track and report on performance in Google Analytics & Tag Manager
Execute with speed, clarity, and autonomy — no hand-holding
REQUIRED
A problem-solver who takes initiative
Fluent in marketing tools, tech integrations, and design execution
A strong self-starter with a sense of ownership
Able to follow direction and strategy without resistance
Comfortable with direct feedback and fast iteration
Able to understand English instructions clearly
(Perfect speaking not required — strong comprehension is)Based in Thailand and available during regular working hours
