I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for a Support Analyst, this person will have direct contact with an international client.

Requirements:

– Solid experience with ITSM / ITIL.

– Experience with level 2 (L2) support, debugging, Execute SQL queries on the database, analysis and interpretation of logs, detailing and troubleshooting for the production of complex technical solutions, composed of several components, from an important APP;

– Experience with using and creating scripts and service processes; Flexibility to work in scenarios with critical system for the customers;

– Experience with APPs (React or Java).

– Experience with databases (PostGree, etc).

– English for reading and writing, being able to maintain communication with native speakers.

– Portuguese for reading and writing, being able to maintain communication with native speakers.

Nice to have:

– Experience with control tools (Jira, Miro, Mural);

– Experience with cloud systems (AWS).
