We’re seeking a talented brand designer to create a complete visual identity from the ground up, one that embodies luxury, quality, trust, and a unique, intelligent approach to property development. The chosen designer will work from a detailed brand strategy brief, provided to shortlisted applicants.
Scope of Work / Key Deliverables: The designer will be responsible for developing the following elements:
- New Logo & Wordmark System
- Brand Color Palette
- Typography System
- Stationery Set (Business Card, Letterhead, Envelope)
- Site Hoarding Design Concept (visual direction for brand application)
- Social Media Profile Kit
- Presentation Template Design
- Comprehensive Brand Guidelines Document
