I am a Talent Analyst looking for people in USA for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to work on a project with one of our international clients!

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the ongoing evolution of a healthcare enterprise-wide Loyalty & Rewards (L&R) program across Medicaid, Marketplace, and Medicare. This role is responsible for translating business needs into clear, build-ready requirements that can be implemented by technical and business teams. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable collaborating with stakeholders, querying complex datasets, and managing requirement traceability through delivery.

Responsibilities:

– Capture and document business needs as user stories, data flows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.

– Manage the requirements backlog in Jira Cloud, ensuring clarity, priority alignment, and traceability to business goals.

– Partner with architecture and engineering teams to evaluate solution options, estimate effort, and validate feasibility.

– Ensure delivered features meet business intent through fit-for-purpose validation.

– Support both standardization and future state program workstreams, balancing enterprise consistency with market-specific needs.

– Independently query and analyze large datasets (Teradata, Snowflake) to support data validation, root cause analysis, and insights development.

– Assist with reporting and dashboard development in Power BI.

– Support solution design alignment with DXE platform capabilities (Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce, Snowflake).

Requirements for this challenge:

– Advanced English proficiency

– Proven experience building detailed business requirements and user stories for large-scale enterprise systems.

– Strong SQL skills with the ability to query and analyze data in Teradata and Snowflake environments.

– Proficiency in Jira Cloud for backlog and requirement management.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

– Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to ensure alignment.

Nice to have

– Experience with Power BI for dashboard and report creation.

– Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, CDP) and Salesforce Health Cloud.

– Experience in healthcare, managed care, or regulated industry environments.

– Understanding of loyalty and rewards programs or incentive management platforms.
