Position Overview

As a Mid-Level React Developer, you will be working on cutting-edge web applications using React, TypeScript, and micro front-end architectures. You will ensure that applications are accessible, scalable, and optimized for performance. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will create high-quality user experiences while adhering to web accessibility standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy web applications using React, TypeScript, and micro front-end frameworks.
• Implement accessibility features and ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2 and WAI-ARIA standards.
• Conduct thorough accessibility testing using tools like Axe and screen readers to identify and address issues.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability by following best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in web development, accessibility tools, and frameworks.

Must-have Skills:

• Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Experience with micro front-end architectures.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1/2.2, WAI-ARIA).
• Familiarity with assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, voice recognition software, keyboard navigation).
• Proven expertise in accessibility testing using tools like Axe and screen readers.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Advanced/Fluent English communication skills.

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience with Playwright for end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with XState for state management.
• Knowledge of Webpack for bundling and optimization.
