As a developer at Nowsta you’ll have an opportunity to shift a long standing societal norm, being paid every two weeks. By developing products, you will enable workers to be paid the moment they’ve completed work. The applications you build will have a direct impact on the quality of life of its users.

You’ll use the latest technologies including Ruby-on-Rails, EmberJS, Heroku, AWS, Git, continuous integration, automated deployment and testing and more. We practice Extreme Programming and are constantly interacting with clients to build what we and clients see as the most important features.

The focus for this position is on the backend, though you will have the opportunity to work across the stack.
