Position Summary: Within the frameworks of the organizational digital and information technology strategies the Director of Technology Innovation does the following. Advises and assists internal customers on the implementation and use of third party digital platforms. Proposes ideas to develop new or improve current web, digital and mobile technology offerings. Manages projects to develop and implement approved technology initiatives end to end and is accountable for project success. Is responsible for getting needed technology projects funded through crowd sourcing, in-kind donations and other innovative ways. Researches change and innovation in technology and makes recommendations on how to apply at Best Friends to improve the effectiveness of technology offerings.
