Position: DevOps Engineer

Day to Day

We work in a Kanban-Scrum hybrid environment. A typical day starts off with a daily developer update posted to Slack, the rest is spent on the software. Weekly, we have a team retrospective, and a meeting with business to discuss direction (not everyone need attend).

Work Environment

We take our software very seriously while fostering a relaxed, fun(ny), and supportive environment. Here is a list of things we like about Lasso:

• Monday Lunch and Learns and free lunch on Thursdays

• Excellent coffee, free pop, and fresh fruit

• Gym and a napping couch

• Our work stations (typically: four monitors, mechanical keyboards, and 32GB of RAM)

• Run whatever OS, we really don’t care

• No code in production without a review (GitHub pull-requests)

• Work from home day once a week

• Internal reading group because we care about training
