Job Title: Intranet Designer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Intranet Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with our sales team and customers to design, structure, and build modern, user-friendly intranet sites using the MyHub platform.

You’ll be responsible for translating business needs into engaging digital experiences that are intuitive and easy to use.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure intranet sites using the MyHub platform

• Collaborate with customers to understand their content, structure, and branding requirements

• Customize layouts, navigation, and visual design to align with organizational goals

• Assist with content migration and initial content creation as needed

• Provide design advice and best practices to improve user experience and engagement

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations

Requirements

• Proven experience using content management systems (CMS) or intranet platforms

• Strong design skills with an eye for layout, structure, and usability

• Excellent written and spoken English is essential

• Strong customer communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently

• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SaaS platforms or website builders

• Familiarity with corporate branding and internal communications

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus but not required
