The development team is small with significant responsibility and visibility for each member. The candidate should have a positive attitude and a high aptitude for solving complex business and technical problems while dealing with challenging schedules.
The successful candidate will:
•Guide a group of employees as they complete the team’s projects and assignments including developing a plan,timeline and coordinating and leading activities across the full development lifecycle for each project/request within the Team •Work closely with business department leads, key stakeholders and project requestors, verifying and documenting requirements from a technical perspective, providing accurate estimates and timelines of all projects/requestswithin the team •Design, develop, test and document enterprise grade software to meet business objectives •Coach and mentor team members, assisting them with complex development designs, application performance issues, departmental policies/procedures and technologies utilized •Ensure that development projects integrate well into the environment •Provide ongoing customer support by providing proactive monitoring, system/application related problem resolution and timely general question responses
