We need a Creative Developer. Someone who feels comfortable on both the front- and the back-end. Someone who loves learning new stuff, who’s entrepreneurial, a technical leader, a true creative problem solver, not afraid to talk to clients and probably has a few of their own side projects going on. You’ll have a couple mobile or web apps under your belt. You enjoy bridging the gap between creative and technology, working on product development/service design together with UX designers, leading the dev team and helping to recruit new team members to build our technical capacity to even more awesome levels. You’re passionate about creating new digital products or services people will actually want to use – whether for clients or for ourselves – and will be directly responsible for the quality and success of our technical output.
