GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Primarily responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting all facets, users Interface, and back-end, of the web sites under control of SYSCLASS including; end-user and technical documentation. This includes but is not limited to: Visual Studio development, MS SQL integration, IIS configuration, hard copy documentation, online help, Intranet/ Internet development, and integration activities related to connectivity to other SYSCLASS partners. To provide the necessary support and services needed by program and management staff and to facilitate the integration of new computer systems and software packages, as they become available, focusing on web development, web administration, user documentation, and technical documentation.

Position Specific Competencies

BA/BS required or equivalent experience in Computer Science. Three + years of experience in web design, development, maintenance, and administration. One to two years technical writing experience is desirable. Proficient in the following; IIS, HTML, PHP, ASP, Content Management System, Social Network integration, Responsive Framework, Analytics.
