• Proficient with programming languages like JavaScript, Ruby, Node. JS or Perl.

• Passion for solving dynamic challenges and building highly scalable systems(our proprietary video statistics software processes 6.6k queries a second from around the web).

• Exposure to HTTP caching technologies like Varnish or Squid

• Exposure to Amazon Web Services like EC2 and S3

• Driven, focused self-starters who take ownership of their work

• A scrappy, get it done attitude that completes high quality projects quickly

• Insightful opinions and ability to collaborate on technical problems.

• Ability to find and debug a variety of problems during emergency situations

Bonus points if you have. . . • Large Node. JS implementations.

• Codebase migrations

• Love puzzles!
