Requirements

• Comfortable in a native design environment (Photoshop, Sketch, etc)
• A highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
• Excellent communicator — people like you, and you make things happen
• Experience designing complex web and/or mobile applications
• The ability to dive right into a big project and managing it from start to finish
• Ability to thrive in a variable and demanding startup environment
• Breaking away from the screen to let ideas flow out on paper
