We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior React Developer to join our team in Colombia. Position Overview

As a Senior React Developer, you will take the lead in designing and developing responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frameworks. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions, mentor junior developers, and ensure the implementation of best practices in web development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Build and maintain effective API communication using GraphQL (Apollo).
• Implement unit and integration testing using tools like Jest and Playwright.
• Ensure web applications meet accessibility standards (WCAG) for inclusive user experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Optimize performance and maintain high code quality using Git and Sonar.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning and innovation.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Experience with GraphQL (Apollo) and API communication.
• Knowledge of unit and integration testing tools (e.g., Jest, Playwright).
• Familiarity with responsive web development using Tailwind CSS.
• Proficiency in Git for version control.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering.
• Familiarity with XState for state management.
• Knowledge of Micro Frontends (MFE) architecture.
• Understanding of Webpack for module bundling.
• Awareness of accessibility standards (a11y) and WCAG guidelines.
• Experience with GitHub pipelines for CI/CD workflows.
