We are currently hiring a technical support specialist to join our sales and client delivery team. As a member of this team, you will work directly with clients during the onboarding and results delivery processes. In addition to client interfacing functions, the role is expected to participate in the creation, documentation, and updating of the technical aspects of the sales, support, and delivery. Finally, the role will liaison with the product team to help organize and apply customer feedback.

In all functions, we aim to drive a high-level of service, and further develop features that will help our customers improve their business goals.

Qualifications: -Exceptional verbal communication skills for in person, web, or telephone meetings -Ability to clearly and concisely document meeting summaries, requirements, processes, etc. -Customer driven -Superior analytical and problem solving skills -Bachelor’s degree or in pursuit of a Information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field -Some programming / scripting experience (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP)
