We are currently hiring a solutions engineer to join our sales and client delivery team. As a member of this team, your primary role will be to work directly with prospects during the sales and client delivery processes. A successful candidate will facilitate educating and responding to the technical requests of prospects and clients. In addition to client interfacing functions, the role is expected to drive the creation, documentation, and updating of the technical aspects of the sales, support, and delivery. Finally, the role will liaison with senior management to help prioritize, document, and define new functionality and features based on market needs..

Qualifications • Required o At least 1-2 ys of experience working in a support, client delivery or product function that has a technical basis o Customer-driven o Superior analytical and problem solving skills o Exceptional verbal communication skills for in person, web, or telephone meetings o Exceptional technical writing skills to create internal/external communications like requirements, use cases, user manuals, and content for sales/marketing materials o Ability to clearly and concisely document meeting summaries, , processes, specifications, etc. Bachelor’s degree in Information Science/IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
