We are OBSESSED with helping people engage with the healthcare ecosystem through beautiful, delightful user experiences grounded in qualitative design research practices.

We want to talk to you if you: have 3-5 years of experience working on apps, web portals, or other digital tools Are comfortable taking ownership over certain features of our app and working with others to make sure that they seamlessly integrate wit the overall system. Can communicate effectively in both English – Spanish is a huge plus! Love not only the psychology and theory of design, but also the push-and-pull problem solving of working with our developers to make things real. You’re a little obsessed with design process and methodology You take every opportunity to teach and learn from your teammates. You love each part of design research – from formative interviews to user testing – and are comfortable being an advocate for the user within our organization.

It is also awesome if:

• You’ve worked in healthcare before and want to do more work in the space

Where we work: We’re a fully remote team, so you can work from anywhere! As long as you have reliable internet, have a passport, and can travel from time to time, we’d love to talk to you!
