As Crossovers Country GM, you will report to the CEO of Crossover and be responsible for driving exceptional growth in Russia. You will 100x our top talent sourcing in Russia, manage the operations, develop key partnerships and nurture a community of highly-skilled expert workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Brainstorm, plan, and execute step-function sourcing growth of talent joining Crossover in Russia
- Initiate creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns via social media and other means
- Partner with local recruiting agencies, academic institutions, local job boards, co-working locations and thought leaders to expand Crossover to the best and brightest talent
- Manage local regulatory concerns and local politics
- Represent Crossover at local events and with local PR
- Develop a community and culture of Crossover talent – from career coaching, training activities and job success
