Customer Experience Operations Coordinator – Limassol
The Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Operations Coordinator to help us enhance and streamline our customer journey through operational excellence and strategic support. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our global Customer Experience function.
The main responsibilities of the position include:

    • Support the execution and optimization of customer experience initiatives and daily operations
    • Monitor and analyse customer feedback, performance data, and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
    • Coordinate training sessions and support materials to improve team performance and consistency
    • Assist in the implementation of new tools and systems that enhance customer support and satisfaction
    • Prepare reports and insights for leadership to support data-driven decisions
    • Analyse the performance of third-party vendors and internal systems to identify opportunities for optimizing departmental efficiency
    • Propose and provide suggestions to improve internal procedures and department operations
    • Keep abreast of the latest developments, products, marketing promotions, and the relevant terms and conditions, and communicate them to clients
Main requirements:

    • Degree in any business-related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a customer experience, operations, or project coordination role.
    • Excellent oral and written skills in English.
    • Experience with eKYC providers will be considered an advantage.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
