Were partnering with Upland Software to find an expert Salesforce and Marketo Administrator. Job Description: What to Expect as a Marketo Admin/Developer

At Upland youll be part of a team responsible for creating and managing programs within Marketo to support a multi-touch buying cycle. You will perform analysis, administration, troubleshooting, testing, software and data environment refreshes and work within the team to support our goal of world class data integrity including data appending and de-duplication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage programs within Marketo to support a multi-touch buying cycle including web, trade shows, webinars, email and nurture activities

  • Create/manage screen layouts, user roles/profiles, security settings, access settings, customer objects, formulas, LOVs, fields, business rules (validations and workflow) to support business requirements

  • Perform analysis, administration, troubleshooting, testing, software and data environment refreshes as needed

  • Package and deploy software changes to all environments (development, testing, production)

  • Provide analytical support to understand ROI across channels and programs, develop appropriate lead scoring and measure specific email and nurture results

  • Utilise A/B testing where appropriate to maximise results

  • Provide global day-to-day end-user support (including system configuration, complex formulas and system maintenance)
