Hey! We’re looking for a full-time, Infusionsoft Certified backend developer with strong PHP/MySQL experience to maintain and grow our databases and infrastructure for our community for our loyal fans.

What We’re All About: We’re a fast-growing "dating advice" startup. We offer thousands of men and women who feel "lost" in dating with amazing, life changing courses, articles and videos to get them on track. Our current dev is leaving to travel, so we are looking for a talented person to step in and continue to build on what he’s started.
NOTE: Advice sometimes contains forward views on one-night stands and sex.
Typical jobs you’d do regularly:
- API integrations with Infusionsoft CRM
- Setting up cron jobs to import contact from Infusionsoft to other services (Mandrill, GetResponse 360)
- Managing/improving our custom-build member’s area (PHP & MySQL)
- Managing/improving our custom checkout form manager (uses Infusionsoft as shopping cart)
- Managing/improving our reporting interface (compiles reports from exported data in Infusionsoft)
- Creating systems / guidelines for optimizing page load speed + device compatibility + standards
- Managing/Building reusable code and libraries for future use
- Working with our existing front-end developer in the Philippines
Things we focus on:
- Ecommerce
- Membership area / community
- Page load speed, standards and compatibility
- Mobile optimization
- Testing to prevent bugs and mistakes
- Performance tracking / conversion rates
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong experience with PHP 5.5+
- Strong experience with MySQL
- Infusionsoft API experience
- WordPress experience (definitely NOT a dealbreaker)
- Ability to document/comment code well
- Can work with an existing front-end dev
- Is detail oriented
- Organized & can keep track of multiple projects and systems
- Strong communicator & can explain projects/issues to team members in basic terms
