We are looking for a proactive Development Manager to lead the team developing software to support Digital Governance.

You will be working closely with all of our developers and management team to prioritise work, enact processes and manage expectations. The role is available to mid-level and senior developers with experience in the Python programming language.

Our client base includes some of the biggest names in the UK and Europe, you must therefore be proficient in communicating professionally to non technical colleagues and customers.

For the right candidate there is the potential for rapid promotion up to Development Director. The role is full time home based and will run daily team update calls with all other staff also home based any experience of remote working and remote management would be desirable.

Regular but infrequent attendance at meetings in London will be required. Plus potentially client meetings on occasion.
