Develop tools, scripts & applications leveraging Egnyte public API’s

Analyze and thoroughly investigate issues raised by the Services team and escalate to Engineering where necessary

Work closely with Engineering and Product Management team

Identify issues and required improvements and assist Product Management in prioritizing them in the product road map
