The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Head of Design to lead and elevate the creative output of our group. As the Head of Design, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the visual direction of our campaigns, shaping the aesthetic of our brand, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional designs that communicate ideas effectively. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality visuals that engage, inspire, and leave a lasting impact.
The main responsibilities of the position include:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with the group’s brand vision and business objectives
    • Define and communicate the visual direction for all projects, overseeing the creation process from concept to execution while ensuring alignment with objectives and brand guidelines
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence
    • Oversee the design of all brand assets and collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to refine brand identities, ensuring consistency at a global level
    • Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and developers to craft compelling visual narratives across digital, print, and multimedia platforms
    • Ensure brand consistency and uphold high design standards from initial concept to final execution
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to continuously enhance XM’s creative output and maintain a competitive edge
Main requirements:

    • Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or any related field
    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
    • Experience within the financial services industry will be considered a strong advantage
    • A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and execution across multiple mediums, including digital, print, and branding
    • In-depth knowledge of industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software will be considered an advantage
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Very good knowledge of English
