ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Solves highly technical and complete incidents/business problems and/or drives efforts to resolve incidents. • Develops/designs integrated solutions within broad technical context. • Reviews documents of other; looks to automate processes and create efficiencies. • Serves as an expert on projects. • Establishes successful working and support relationships with cross-functional leaders and staff as well as third party vendor. • Resolves highly technical issues and coach others to solve similar issues to help improve efficiencies • After resolving highly technical issues, look to educate others to solve the issues independently in the future. • Leads brainstorming sessions with associates to determine best solutions. • Independently researches new technologies and prepares business case to management
