HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $125 – $160/hr

THE OPPORTUNITY What we need
2 Technical Lead Engineers with experience in Java, deployment infrastructure, strong communication to collaborate with other teams, and able to navigate the client landscape on their own.
Preferably North America based or willing to work EST timezone.
Java Squad
Existing applications and their services which have been written in Java on Prem need to be re-written for seamless integration with the new Scala platform being implemented.
Tech Stack
Java DynamoDB Kinesis
10+ experience is required.
What you’ll be working on
The scope of the work is to re-write existing Java services currently implemented on-prem to be AWS Cloud Native with a focus on defining standards and patterns
The objective is to write (micro-)service patterns and standards for existing applications/functionality modeling best implementation practices that other teams can utilize for the migration into a new platform.
What we need: AWS Cloud native, strong communication to collaborate with other teams, and able to navigate the client landscape.
We are looking for engineers who can stay away from SpringBoot and are familiar and comfortable using other frameworks that are more aligned with the scale and cloud native nature of the initiative.
