HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $30 – $40/hr

THE OPPORTUNITY
T&S Documentation Specialist will be responsible for:
Maintaining the organization of T&S content, including the management tool, ensuring appropriate agent permissions, maintaining resource organization structure, migrating existing content, deprecating outdated content hubs, and driving Admin adoption
Serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the T&S Documentation Program
Collaborating with subject matter experts within each risk vertical to execute on resource needs and resource migrations
Collecting and Incorporating team feedback, questions, trends and insights into resource updates
Documenting and maintaining ever-green Internal Enablement workflows
Provide timely internal customer service solutions to tickets related to Guru, TextExpander, and templated language inventory requests
Requirements
Must-Haves
Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and make decisions with limited information
Shown ability to interpret partner needs and incorporate feedback into problem solving processes
Strong written skills, with experience translating sophisticated workflows into clear, easy-to-follow documented procedures
Experience with translating legacy workflows into digestible job aids and clearly documented processes
Detail oriented collaborator who can issue spot and communicate gaps persuasively

- Zendesk & Guru experience
What you’ll be working on
The Documentation Specialist builds, delivers and maintains critical resources for Trust & Safety internal teams. They will document detailed processes, own and organize the T&S content management tool, collaborate with stakeholders to align on documentation deadlines, and partner with subject matter experts to delegate documentation edits where appropriate.
