We’ve already built the world’s first zero knowledge virtual machine capable of running arbitrary code as a zero knowledge proof. We’re now building an ecosystem on top of it. What You’ll Do:
As the at RISC Zero, you will play a pivotal role leading and coordinating the efforts of all operating teams, as well as be the reporting and execution bridge between all key stakeholders and teams that drive our business, including global operations, marketing, tech engineering, customer support, finance, and more. Responsibilities
Manage and direct all daily operations and business units (Operations, IT, Finance, CS, HR, etc), while implementing new policies and processes to effectively mitigate key business risks and keep all teams performing at accelerated levels
Handle regular reporting to executives, BoD, global stakeholders and key project PoCs
Employ various initiatives to coach employees, optimize their performance and grow the management team’s capabilities
Spearhead strategies and cross-functional projects that steer the company’s future in a positive direction for regulatory compliance, user-centric growth and operation efficiency
Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
Lead the implementation of the company’s legal and tax strategies
Assist the CEO in managing the company’s financial runway and budget
Manage relationships with vendors and technology partners
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, with major in Business Administration, Finance or relevant fields; MBA is a plus
Minimum of 8+ years of operations or executive management roles, preferably in Blockchain, Crypto or Token Experience.
Operations management experience at cryptocurrency exchanges is a strong preference
Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise
Ability to troubleshoot and discover answers quickly and effectively
Must have a strong interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain/technology space
