A bit about you: You’re a master crafts-person with an eye for detail, a big bucket of confidence, and an insatiable curiosity. You think WYSIWIG editors are beneath you. You have been around the block a few times, and know what shortcuts to take—and when not to take them. A seasoned developer, you’re familiar with the process and are looking for a shop where you can make an impact.

Here’s what we need you to do:

• Develop cleanly-coded front-end prototypes for client websites

• Integrate those prototypes into content management systems (mostly LAMP; we like Craft and ExpressionEngine)

• Translate information architectures into usable content models; implement those models in a database.

• Test & troubleshoot your work and the work of your teammates

• Configure your own servers & deploy websites like a boss

• Develop client email campaigns in various email marketing platforms

• Participate in and lead peer code reviews

• Be ever mindful of better techniques & workflow improvements

• Challenge the team to deliver the highest quality products we can
