Okanjo, a Milwaukee-based startup, is seeking aBackend Developer to joinour dynamic, growing organization. You’ll be part of a very small team that gets to make a major impact every day through your code.

The Backend Developer will be responsible for development of new product features, thirdparty integrations, and supporting customer onboarding efforts. They will workcollaboratively to build and deliver quality software for our clients in a continuous learning,Agile/Lean environment.

Primary Job Functions:

Maintains existing platform infrastructure

Data migration, transformation, and scripting

Implementation of application security and data protection

Optimization of applications for maximum speed and scalability

Work with team members to develop high-level estimates

Participate in design and code reviews

Interact with other team members to incorporate their innovations and vice versa

Participates in on-call rotation
