We’ve built a successful e-learning platform for a niche vertical, and are looking to hire our first in-house engineer.
We’re a small team with an ambitious plan to lead our market by building our own custom e-learning platform to create the unique features needed for a highly engaging learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver migration of learning app to a modern technology stack
Develop new features and conduct experiments for the core e-learning platform, catering to both end-users and course content creators
Establish and maintain the technical architecture vision for the platform, while prioritising the steps to achieve it
Lead the project to build a mobile app version of our platform
Strategize the integration of current product and technology trends, such as personalization, gamification, and AI
Hire, lead, and manage a high-performance engineering team
Requirements:
3+ years of full stack development experience in a growth-oriented startup environment
Proven expertise in data modelling and designing APIs from scratch
Expertise in a front-end framework, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
Passionate about good design and user experience (UX)
Bonus: Mobile development experience (iOS/Android)
