THE OPPORTUNITY Requirements
For a 90 day period you will work full time as the interim CTO. You will hold primary responsibility for keeping the dev team (3 people) organized and keeping a clear, consistent line of communication between the CEO and the Product Team. In addition, you need to be able to contribute directly and meaningfully to the codebase. As much as we love taking gambles on up-and-coming talent, this role is for experienced leaders only.
What you’ll be working on
Our client is a SaaS platform used by HR professionals. Our technology ingests boring text job postings and converts them into short, branded videos — called Visual Job Postings. No cameras involved. There is a user interface, an admin panel, a render engine and a scripting interface. They have also developed a basic API, which needs further development. They currently generate 1,000 videos per month but within a few months will need to generate 10,000 videos per month.
