We are currently looking for a Courier Operations Lead based in Warsaw in charge of leading the Fleet Partner model in all countries, improving and standardising their processes and ensuring the model and ways of working align with our Operational needs and meet expected performance.
You will join our great Courier Operations team, a very dynamic and international team, and will report to Mรฉlodie Bouisson, the Head of Courier Operations based in Paris.
What will I be doing? ๐Ÿค”

    • Defining our Fleet Partner model and strategy and standardising it across countries.
    • Developing and optimizing processes to allow our partners and us to scale quickly and efficiently.
    • Managing and improving our Fleet Partner acquisition strategy to ensure we have the right level of supply to support our operations, and reporting on Fleet Partnersโ€™ onboarding performance.
    • Leading critical Courier Operations projects and collaborating with product and engineering teams in developing new features to ensure an amazing user experience.
    • Managing a team of 4+ people, managing their performance, professional development, and ensuring they are focused on the right priorities.
What do we need from you? ๐Ÿ˜Ž

    • 4+ years experience in operations/logistics/transport or instant delivery industry, including experience in people management.
    • Academic background in Engineering, Economics, Business, or similar.
    • Confident to own, manage and develop relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
    • Analytical, communication and presentation skills.
    • Business awareness ability to identify opportunities for improvement and provide creative solutions.
    • Proficiency in Polish and English
