What you’ll do:
- Partner with the leadership team to identify and execute on high-impact opportunities to leverage our extensive data, and integrate Data Scientists into department and product roadmaps
- Lead a team of high performing data scientists, reaching across multiple functions (e.g. Product Management and Data Engineering) to implement models into production
- Present to high-level business stakeholders stories that tell cohesive, logical stories about the value and uses of Data Science
What’s required:
- 2+ years of experience managing a high-performing Data Science team. It’s a plus if that Data Science team contributed to product development.
- Expertise working with large, complex SQL and NoSQL database infrastructure
- Solid understanding of statistics and common machine learning techniques
- A Master’s degree in statistics, math, engineering, physical sciences, computer science, or another quantitative discipline
